Service Contract for Residential Cleaning Services
1. Services Provided
The Service Provider agrees to provide residential cleaning services as outlined in the Client’s request. Services may include, but are not limited to, regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-party cleaning.
2. Service Schedule
The Client and Service Provider agree to the following cleaning schedule:

3. Discount for Repeat Cleans
To encourage regular cleaning services, the following discounts will be applied:
10% Discount for clients who a monthly cleaning services (minimum of 2)
20% Discount for clients who book biweekly cleaning services (minimum of 4)
30% Discount for clients who book weekly cleaning services (minimum of 6)
Discounts will be applied to the total invoice for each cleaning service.
4. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider [amount] per cleaning session.
Payments are due within [number] days of receiving the invoice.
Late payments may incur a fee of [percentage or amount].
5. Cancellation Policy
The Client must provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
6. Liability and Insurance
The Service Provider is fully insured. While the Service Provider will take reasonable care of the Client’s property, the Client agrees to hold the Service Provider harmless for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning services, unless due to negligence.
7. Termination
This Contract may be terminated anytime after the minimum number of cleans mentioned above has been met. Upon termination, the Client will only be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
